Do you go directly to client sites, or do we need to consolidate equipment?

We go directly to your client's facility — no consolidation needed. We bring our own boxes, carts, and vehicles. Your client just shows us where the equipment is. We handle everything from there.

Can you handle multiple client locations simultaneously?

Yes. We coordinate multi-site pickups and can work through multiple clients in your portfolio on overlapping timelines. Each location gets its own documentation and chain of custody record.

What documentation does each client receive?

Each client receives an itemized Certificate of Data Destruction listing every device by make, model, and serial number — wiped or destroyed to NIST 800-88 standards. We format it to match their compliance requirements, whether that's HIPAA, FERPA, SOC 2, or standard audit documentation.

Can you present as our ITAD partner to clients?

Yes. We're happy to work in the background, present as a trusted vendor you've vetted, or operate under a co-branded arrangement. We're flexible — the goal is for your client to have a great experience and associate it with you.

How does the buyback value work for our clients?

We assess each client's equipment and issue a written value estimate before any commitment. Payment is issued after processing. The money goes directly to your client — you get the relationship value of having found it for them.
